Daniel McMurrer is the Chief Analyst at McBassi & Company, an independent firm that helps organizations seeking to improve their “return on people.”

He is also the Chief Research Officer at Bassi Investments, an investment firm that invests in companies that invest in their people. Much of his recent research has focused on the relationship between organizations’ human capital investments and practices and their key outcomes, such as financial and market performance.

He is the co-author of two books and numerous articles. Mr. McMurrer holds an M.P.P. in Public Policy from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University in Princeton, NJ.
