Diane Costigan is an executive and career coach and consultant who is also affiliated with Firm Leader Inc. and Shannon & Manch LLP. She holds a Masters degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a certificate in Organizational & Executive Coaching from New York University. Diane is also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Diane has over 15 years of law firm experience. Until 2007, she had been the Senior Director of Professional Development and Organizational Effectiveness at LeBoeuf, Lamb.
