Marco Blanco
Marco Blanco is a partner in the Tax Department at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. As of August of this year, he is based at the firm’s Paris office. Mr. Blanco has more than 20 years of experience on a broad range of international and domestic tax matters including corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, structured finance and capital market offerings.
He has also assisted Curtis’ financial institution clients in developing cross-border structures for their own international clients. In addition, Mr. Blanco has assisted the Firm’s high net worth individual clients with respect to their international family tax planning.
He is chair of the International Law and Practice Section Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Blanco is the author and co-author of several articles on international and domestic taxation.
