Marian Lee is the Director of Professional Development and Risk Management at the Denver-based firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Ms. Lee directs the firm's professional development programs for attorneys in all offices, including orientation, in-house training, outside CLE opportunities, evaluation systems, and other programs that support the professional growth of the firm's attorneys.

Ms. Lee has created and presented training programs on Success as a New Associate, Effective Legal Writing, Generational Differences in Recruiting and Retaining Lawyers, How to be a Mentor, and Outstanding Client Service, among others, and has published articles in local and national publications on how firms can motivate associates, upward evaluations, effective management of support staff, and encouraging the professional growth of attorneys.

She received her J.D. from the University of Denver.
