Tammy Patterson is the CEO and President of the NALP Foundation for Law Career Research and Education, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to research and education on lawyer careers and the law as a profession.
Ms. Patterson directs and oversees all aspects of the work of the NALP Foundation from its research initiatives to its publications, programs, and fundraising. Ms. Patterson represents the Foundation’s interest in a host of industry venues, sharing the latest information on lawyer careers.
Before joining the Foundation in 2008, Ms. Patterson was the Director of Recruiting and Professional Development at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Dallas, Texas for over 13 years. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of NALP, the NALP Foundation’s parent organization, and the national Professional Development Consortium.
