Mission Statement:
As a principal with Corner Office Coaching, Certified Professional Coach Laura Biering coaches members of the legal community, including partners, associates, paralegals and other support staff – as individuals and in teams. She holds the radical belief that every firm is like an eco-system, and that the authentic contribution of each entity is essential. Through her coaching, Laura’s clients find their way to being authentic and productive, thereby ensuring their own fulfillment as well as the success of the firm. In addition, Laura is passionate about good friends, good music, time at her farm, and time with her adorable, four-legged children.

Experience:
Laura Biering, MM, CPCC, PCC is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute, a Certified Facilitator through The Artist’s Way at Work and The Institute of Conscious Expression, and a Licensed Facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment from Team Coaching International. Additionally, she is a Certified Strategic Attraction Coach through Perfect Customers, and a PowerUp Call Coach through Infinability.

She is a graduate of the Organization and Relationship Systems Coach training through The Center for Right Relationship. Laura is the founder of True Voices, Inc. and co-founder and principal of Corner Office Coaching. Since 1999, Laura has been coaching, speaking, and leading workshops/retreats around the country. In 2003, Laura co-founded, and still co-chairs, the Professional Women’s Information Network (ProWIN) Professional Coaching Committee.

Laura is also an active member of the Decatur Business Association, the Georgia Coach Association, and the International Coach Federation; as well, she is a Founding Member of Coachville. In addition, Laura is a published author, a senior editor and contributing writer for The Complete Lawyer, and is the creator of the Love Your Body, Live Your LifeSM program and products.

Laura holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Music (Vocal Performance) from Rice University. In addition to being an accomplished singer/actor, Laura’s work experience includes fifteen years in two major law firms, principally Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, where her most recent positions were Recruiting Coordinator and Attorney Resources Coordinator.

Additionally, while at Kilpatrick Stockton, Laura was a member of the Atlanta Legal Recruitment Association, where she held the position of Vice President. During this time, she also graduated with honors from the National Center for Paralegal Training. In addition to her experience, skills and training, Laura brings compassion for her clients, commitment to their goals, and humor to the process of achieving radical success.
